Entertaiment is one of the many areas in which a wide variety of groups, individuals and institutions are contributing to our societal needs. Many record and film producers, recording artists, filmmakers and their associated companies are finding ways to survive during the current economic downturn. Many of these independent recording artists, producers and filmmakers are utilizing software to create their own entertainment content and then sharing it on the internet with friends and others through file sharing and music exchange sites. What may be considered entertaining to one person or group, may not be enjoyable or even entertaining to another person or group.
